Rita Sztankó

I am Rita Sztankó, certified experienced personal trainer, kyokushin karate coach, kettlebell, TRX and Evminov trainer.

I have been involved in sports for 28 years, but I have been doing sports since I was a child. I started my career with volleyball, then at the age of 18 I met kyokushin karate and it immediately became a part of my life.

I competed in full contact competitions until 2003. I am a multiple international champion, a twice European champion and a three-time World Cup winner.

Since 2004, I have been working not only with competitors but I began to expand my knowledge in the direction of people who do regular work and sitting work. I am especially interested in joint and spine protection by increasing strength and endurance.

I can help you with:
– spinal exercises called Evminov method that originated from Ukraine
– TRX, kettlebell training (focus on the right technique for your spine and joints)
– circle and HIIT training
– teaching self-defence to anyone from beginner to pro.

Personal Training 60 minutes - £40 per person (max 4 people)

Our personal training looks like movements you make in your daily life, your whole body is moving. It can be helpful for athletic performance, injury prevention, getting your muscles and joints stronger, better all-round fitness and other everyday fitness tasks.

Our highly experienced trainer ensures you get the right level of exercises (age, sex, abilities and current fitness level). One to One or small group (max 4 people) training provides you more attention to correct your movements so you do not get injured.

Depending on your goals, I can personalize your training plan by:

  • TRX, kettlebell training (focus on the right technique for your spine and joints)
  • circle and HIIT training
  • teaching self-defence to anyone from beginner to pro.

Evminov Spinal Exercise 60 minutes - £40 per person

GET RID OF PAIN WITH THE EVMINOV SPINAL EXERCISE!

Disc protrusions, hernias, and problems with small joints are very painful. Our trained therapist of the Evminov method always strives to reduce the patients’ pain in the first instance. This is achieved through a combination of stretching and mobilizing exercises on the bench. Gentle, gradual, controlled stretching – under the influence of your own body weight – relieves the spine, relaxes the muscles of the trunk, increases the distance between the vertebrae, releases the nerves from the pressure, thereby eliminating back pain, and reducing the pressure on the discs.

Kick-Boxing Class 60 minutes - £20 each (min 2 people)

Kickboxing, which combines boxing techniques with kicks, is influenced by a variety of martial art forms, including karate, Thai boxing, tae kwon do, and kung fu. This full body workout gets your heart pumping, and it can also build muscle, improve balance, burn calories, and more.

Our highly experienced trainers are world champions themselves so they really know what they are talking about 🙂

We offer one to one or small group (minimum 2, maximum 4 people) training.
